INTEGRAL MOTION will be able to obtain your personal data through the following ways:

4. What is the entitlement to process your personal data?
In accordance with current legislation on data protection, we are entitled to process your personal data in the following cases:
a. Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a) RGPD): the express and unequivocal consent of the user is the main basis for the Data Controller to process your personal data in order to send you commercial communications or information about the services and products you request.
The user's consent is obtained by ticking the corresponding data processing acceptance boxes in which the user provides his/her personal data for the subscription of the plans offered by INTEGRAL MOTION or for the request of information about the services and products offered.
Given that the services and products offered by INTEGRAL MOTION are intended only for professionals or legal entities, it is understood that the information provided will not be sent, in any case, by minors, not being necessary the parental consent of the guardian or legal representative.
b. Contractual relationship (art. 6.1.b) RGPD): the processing is necessary for the management and processing of contracts between the user and the Data Controller, or between the user and the entities for which the Data Controller collaborates as an intermediary.
c. Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) RGPD): we may also process your data for our commercial interests, while respecting your data protection rights.
5. What are the purposes of the processing?
The personal data that you provide to the Data Controller is used for the following purposes:
- To manage the communications received through contact forms, telephone calls or e-mails.
- To maintain and develop the existing commercial relationship.

Where the Controller uses the services of third parties, your personal data may be processed by a processor. Your personal data will not be transferred for purposes other than those listed above.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, we inform you that the aforementioned entities are located in the European Economic Area, so that the transfer of personal data will be under a secure level of data protection and guaranteeing the confidentiality of the same.
Likewise, the user is informed that, if he/she provides additional data directly to the third parties with which we collaborate, or if he/she decides to contract their products and/or services, the aforementioned companies will be responsible for the data, directly applying their privacy policies, and we recommend that he/she consult them beforehand.
Finally, we indicate that INTEGRAL MOTION will also share the data of the Clients to the payment gateways or banking entities with which we collaborate, at the moment of subscription of the offered plans, in order to manage correctly the payment by the Client of the contracted services.

7. Third party website
Our website contains links to other websites, so you should be aware that if you click on a link to a third party website, you will be redirected to pages that are not under the control of the data controllers.

8. User rights
You may revoke the consent given and exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, portability and suppression of the processing of your personal data, under the terms and conditions provided for in the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

9. Retention of your data
The Data Controller shall only retain and process Users' data for as long as the purposes for which they were collected continue and, in any case, until the legally established deadlines have expired.
Subsequently, the personal data will be blocked and will remain at the exclusive disposal of the judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent authorities for the enforcement of possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the period of limitation of the same. Once the aforementioned period has expired, the Data Controller shall proceed to delete the data.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Website and the conditions contained in this Privacy Policy are governed by Spanish law. For any litigation or dispute arising from or related to access and use of the Website, or the interpretation and enforcement of the aforementioned conditions the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
